On the wan page, select “pppoe /russia pppoe” for wan connection type. Click on browse/choose file to find the extracted firmware file and click open. I've read through the last 5 pages or so of this thread (can't read 62) and i see people talking about upgrading tplink firmware and then oem>ddwrt and then to archer c7 v2 but can't find the firmware?!?!

You can install openwrt from the firmware that comes with the a7. Not that much, but still enough to be worth tinkering for. It uses the same glossy black housing, measuring 9.6 x.

If you are stil on the stock firmware then the file you use has factory in the name of the file. V1, v2 & v3 uses 3 external antennas for 5ghz and 3 internal antennas for 2.4ghz. Give the update time to install.
Find The Firmware File That You’ve Extracted.
